history
Located in Calgary North East, Mirchi is a family restaurant that is owned and operated by Amjad Shehzad & Sohail Raja, We have been in business for over 17 years now and have run and managed more than 4 restaurants successfully. Our vast background in the food industry have helped us exceed the expectations of our first-time customers who are eager to taste the unique cuisine of Pakistan.
Mirchi has been in business since 2006 and have managed and run restaurants such as Spice 7, which opened in 2014. We recently opened a new branch of Mirchi in the northeast, Calgary.

Our main priority at Mirchi is to help you make memories in our restaurant and have an experience like no other. We deeply believe that a person needs good food to be happy in life and that’s what we bring to our tables when you come visit our restaurant. Had a great experience at this Pakistani restaurant, food was great, and definitely recommend it to anyone craving for BBQ platter. Customer service is always an issue at desi restaurants, and Mirchi is better but can use some discipline in that department. Bottom line food was great and you didn't have to wait for ages before it came to your table.

Wow. Amazing service and great taste. I love there chick peas and garlic Naan. Customer service was excellent. Presentation was good. Cleanliness was great.

I was introduced to this dish (Lamb Karahi) by a friend and tried it twice at this restaurant. It’s spicy and full of flavour (just the way I like it)!! I recommend eating this with the garlic naan. Super delicious and I’ll be ordering from this restaurant again.
